Room was disgusting; we checked in around midnight after a late flight with my husband and our young daughter, and everyone was so horrified we left immediately. Gross questionable stains on floor and chair, when I walked to the back of the room where the vanity and bathroom were, I flicked on the light and bugs and cockroaches scattered everywhere - crawling up the toilet seat and wall, stuff of nightmares! Getting it refunded was incredibly difficult as customer service was essentially not available. Guy at the front desk didn’t bat an eye when we told him he weren’t staying, likely not an unusual issue. Phone calls just rang and rang, never received responses from messages on Expedia. Would never ever recommend.

I will be more than happy to express my concerns about the worst hotel experience in my adult life. The online photos are extremely misleading. There's got to be some truth in advertising. It was difficult to find the hotel since the light on the main sign at the entrance from the street was burned out. So was the neon sign on the hotel itself. Virtually anything that could have been wrong with the room was wrong with the room. Paint was peeling on the walls, lights didn't work, the place was filthy, the towel rack was crooked and the vents in the bathroom were falling from the ceiling. The bathroom fan and light wouldn't shut off and there were gaping holes in the shower where mold will surely be accumulating from all the water penetrating. There was soap and toilet paper left from the last unfortunate guest. Also, the tub finish was almost entirely gone. I was worried about bed bugs, barely slept and was afraid to use the shower or walk around without shoes on. It's also very clear that there are people living in the hotel full-time. What a disgusting surprise but we arrived so late and had to get up early for a conference so we unfortunately didn't have the luxury of cancelling our reservation after seeing the state of the place. I have plenty of photos I could show you but I am quite sure that I am not the first person to complain and you must already be aware of the state of the place. In fact, when I went to the front desk to express my concerns there were two

Here is a stronger, clear, and firm version while keeping it professional: --- 1. The room had a strong unpleasant odor. 2. The bathroom was dirty, and there was a leak in the bathtub. 3. There is no elevator in the hotel, which was extremely inconvenient. 4. The hotel is located away from the check-in area, and walking there at night felt unsafe. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. While it may appear to be a cheaper option, it is not worth it. Spend a few extra dollars and book elsewhere — there are much better options nearby (including Hilton properties). Avoid this place altogether.

Upon arrival the room smelled like cigarettes, and the room next door like weed. Bathroom door was locked and maintenance never came to help, thanks to a bobby pin we got it open. Pictures of the rooms are deceiving. Bathroom was a nightmare, toilet ran all night, bathtub was disgusting, not enough towels, the toilet paper holder was broken, mattresses had a better days, they were sunken, window/AC wall has black mold. There were people grilling outside, making noise all night. Door didn't have inside lock. I felt very insecure staying alone...
