They casually threw away my food worth 100 dollars when I called the front desk, and made no apologies for it. They kept making excuses, and the door of the room could not be opened, which led me to be locked out at 10 o'clock at night, and there were cockroaches in the room.

Once we had checked in we get to our room there was dehumidifiers in our room and smelled like Mold. I kindly requested a new room. Once we received the new room the bathroom was dirty stains on the toilet seat no hand soap no body wash the bottles were empty. Our towels had blonde hair all over and we do not have blonde hair. The shower was dirty. We requested for the room to be cleaned while we went to enjoy the resort. Once we got back from the pool closing at 10 and getting back to our room at 10:30 we noticed that NOTHING was changed our bedding still sticky bathroom still dirty we had to wait until they came at 11:30 PM after we requested the room to be cleaned again. This is definitely a DAY PASS place not to STAY! I will not stay again I do not trust the cleanliness thank God we brought our own towels from home I had to shower with shoes on in my room.

As we check in the staff member had no joy or emotion at all. Felt like we were a burden checking in. Rooms were okay, carpet felt gross walking bare foot. Pool was open till the lighting came so it was closed for the remaining of the day after that. Mind you pool does not open till 11am which suck because that is the same time as checking out. Breakfast was over priced. They had several options. Customer service there was great! Even had a server come and interact with our family super sweet lady.

Nothing good about this place !! It’s dirty old and filthy!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone! This place is a junk trap! Horrible place rude customer service! Rooms are dirty and dingy and old ! Beds and rooms are dirty and still look like there from the 60s and 70s !! NEVER SHOULD THEY ALLOW THIS PLACE TO BE OPENED! Found toe nail’s in the room on the floor and couches ! Beds stink and old !! Bathroom is dingy and old also! Lady at the front desk lacks customer service on top of all this ! I won’t even stay there for free !!!

First night going to property it smelled like mildew looked old once I tried to switch rooms staff told me I had to wait on a mgr whom had walked away with police an was gone for 25 min mean while it was 12 midnight an we had 2 five year olds who was sleepy an hungry 2 women there very rude an had so much to say once we walked away but once the manager came back he was very sweet an gave us a refund so we could find a more cleanly hotel to sleep in

The property is located at a convenient location on the famous International Drive. Great for families with younger kids.(huge water park) kids pool, adult pool and a hot tub which I enjoyed. Buffet breakfast for a great deal! Kids 13 and under eat free with a qualifying adult ($19.95). They have great“American breakfast options “.

The rooms were not updated and some of the room had pest control come to them to clean them out. The towels were not clean they had stains on them. We had to request for 3 blankets because they only gave us one. The service was horrible. I do not recommend this resort. We will not be back.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life, I couldn't sleep, the wall shook all the time, the smell of marijuana in the hallways, I will never stay at this hotel again, I'm always in Orlando for work or traveling with my family, (never again)

The room was not as updated as I would prefer and the bed was not very comfortable; however the water resort area was kid friendly and I love that lifeguards were all around. The arcade and bar area staff were very pleasant.
