Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
I would like to start by saying thank you for hosting our stay. With that being said; we are extremely disappointed with the sanitation of this facility. The carpets were not cleaned at all. Which we understand not everyone takes off their shoes in consideration of the carpet. The floors were so sticky. The kitchen was extremely dirty. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all. The washing matching was just as dirty. The showers were really dirty. The staircase rail were extremely dirty as well. We liked the house but the cleaning of it was really disappointing. In fact 2 of your “cleaning staff” were leaving yesterday as we were arriving. Which it made us think everything would be more cleaned but not at all. We hope you guys can find a better cleaning company.
