「Exceptionally friendly front desk staff. Pet friendly. This is a no frills property that is very close to the UMaine campus. Clean room and nice amenities (complimentary coffee and ice cream). My only complaint is that the walks are thin and you can hear all the noise from neighboring rooms. We were stuck next to a loud snorer. Nothing the hotel can do about that but I hope the next time the rooms are renovated they consider minimizing noise transference.」

「The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.」
