「This hotel is outdated and in need of a full update/renovation. The bedroom was very old fashioned and small. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Although some coffee was available in the reception area, no teabags and the hot water was not hot!! Breakfast was limited. This hotel was just about ok for an overnight but wouldn't stay any longer. Would definiately NOT book again. Far to pricey for the standards on offer.」

「They do not have body lotion in the room. I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone. It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time.」

「This was convenient to the train station. Shops. restaurants and many tourist attractions. The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast you would have to see to believe. I have never seen a breakfast buffet like this and the food tasted as good as it looked. There were so many options you would have to stay for weeks to try them all. It was amazing. I hope I can travel this way again. I would love to spend more time in Trondheim and would choose this hotel again. 」

「Best property we stayed in throughout a 3 city trip. Immaculate, beautifully appointed rooms with all amenities freely available. Great staff and the food was incredible.」

「Easy to get to everything in the town and well maintained, clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of choice. If we had one gripe, it was that the rooms were quite warm, even with the air conditioning at max. Very pleasant stay.」
