Family time in Orebro

Lovely large family room, with super fresh linen on the beds. Bathroom clean and modern, location is perfect, I know this hotel over many years and it always works.

Location is very good. Absolutely ok hotel for the price, rooms are clean, staff enough attentive and breakfast is good. The hotel offers buffet dinner very cheap, but unfortunately it wasn’t very good. I would recommend the hotel, just avoid eating at the restaurant.

+comfortable beds. personel nice, near trainstation. restaurant and bar ”in hotel area”. -Very varm room, no aircondition and the Windows were no good. Breakfast was served in another hotel across the street. The reception closed early.

Only criticism was the rooms are very warm no air conditioning breakfast served across road not a problem a member of staff helped me with car park which is very tight the Irish coffee in the Italian restaurant superb

The hotel is well located and good, owner is very friendly, but need some improvement like the fridge was vey noise and twice they forgot to leave towels in the room.

Ok for 1 night. Tiny bathroom.

Room is very small, different from the photos on the website. Tiny bath room, poor design, water goes everywhere after a shower. No one at front desk, check in and check out by the receptionist of a hotel across the road. Virtually no service at this hotel.

The property was convenient to get to but there was an issue with our booking since we booked with Hotel Hjalmar but instead were put in the sister property, First Hotel. The shower was broken, the chair in room was so dirty that my wife had to cover it with a towel to sit on. The heater element was broken and our keys stopped working after the first night. We were given a new room but it was a downgrade of sorts. I did not appreciate having to stay in a hotel that was not apart of the original booking. There were some good and bad elements to the stay but overall a C- grade.

Budgethotell nära centrum som räcker bra för ett kortare besök till Örebro. Frukostrummet är tvärs över gatan. Plus: Centralt läge. Rent rum med bra säng. Lugn omgivning. Tillräckligt utbud på frukosten. Minus: Allmänt dålig belysning i rummet. Ogenomtänkt placering av frukostens plockmat gör att det blir virrigt och trångt när det finns många gäster. Ingen handsprit framme vid frukosten.

Nyrenoverat och fint. Bra värme på rummet. Dammigt vid ventilationen och på vertikala ytor. Ingen fungerande fjärr till tv-n (provade med nya batterier). Saknade skohorn. Bra med kyl men det kändes som en högst tillfällig lösning då den stog löst på golvet och förde oväsen när man satte i kontakten.

Läget var kanon men i övrigt så var det väl inget speciellt. Dåligt att hotellets egen reception inte bemannas utan att man hänvisas till andra sidan gatan till ett annat hotell. Receptionspersonalen där jobbade dessutom med att servera cafegäster så vi fick vänta ca 7 min innan vi ens kunde checka in. Frukosten var likaså på andra sidan gatan och även om utbudet var bra så var serveringsytorna bara som en korridor så det var extremt trångt en söndagmorgon och man fick stå i kö till den varma frukostdelen i 5 min och när man väl kom fram var allt slut… rummet var okej, inte så stort men det var enligt förväntningarna med fräscha lakan, sköna sängar och rent i övrigt. I badrummet var det bara en liten kurvad duschdörr som avdelare för duschen så duschen blev extremt trång så det blev vatten överallt. Helt okej men inte mer än så.
