Everything as expected but a few times we had to wait a while for plates or cups at the restaurant. Early season so probably not fully manned staff yet :-) We will definately consider to return to Aminess Vival Grand Azur Hotel or one of the sister hotels nearby!

Setting off the property is excellent, easy access by car, their own parking, food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. There are few suggestions for instance: soap dispensers are very hard to squeeze the soap out. Maybe something with pump or sensor would be more convenient for aging guests. Overall great job! Thank you.

Stayed here for one night during our visit to Orebić, Croatia. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was included and offered a fine selection of options. The property was located within a good walking distance along the waterfront to the old town area. On-site parking is plentiful.

Pleasant family hotel

A genuine family hotel with nice pool and beachside.i last visited 50 years ago and whilst it has been modernised in part it still retains a lot of the old building. This was a sentimental journey for me and i wasnt disappointed but it isnt 5 star luxury either.

Nice middle range hotel

The hotel was quite as showed on hotels.com pages. Nice sea view and pool. The room was ok, just the carpet was old and a bit dirty. The breakfast and half board dinner was modest and the dining room was like a cantine, not comfortable.

The hotel’s location on the edge of charming Orebić is the only real strength; everything else reflects a tired, poorly maintained property that has slid well below its advertised star rating. The room smelled of smoke and damp, which made it feel unclean and uncomfortable from the start. We waited more than two hours to check in despite arriving after the standard check‑in time, and front desk staff refused to contact a manager, explaining it was Easter Sunday. The food is closer to a roadside diner or basic motel buffet than a hotel restaurant, and although the waiting staff try their best, we ended up eating bread with cheese and deli meat for most meals. Overall, this feels like a once‑decent 3‑star hotel that has gone downhill, and the great location does not make up for the state of the rooms, the poor dining, and the indifferent service; I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Nochmal würde ich nicht mehr in dieses Hotel fahren. Die 4 Sterne entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen bzw. der Einrichtung. Wenn man jedes Jahr 4 Sterne bucht hat man da einen guten Vergleich. Alles schon alt und abgewohnt. Die 4 Sterne sind nur wegen Lift, Pool und 24h Rezeption. Das ist ein Hotel für Familien und Kleinkinder. Es gab kaum andere Gäste! Extrem Laut. Zimmer schlecht isoliert. Babygeschrei die ganze Zeit. Kinder sehr lange wach und früh wieder auf. Kinder laufen und schreien ab 06 Uhr früh am Gang. Man findet in diesem Hotel absolut keine Ruhe!Die Klimaanlage ist viel zu laut und viel zu kalt auch auf der wärmsten Einstellung.Auf Expedia wird es mit all inclusive verkauft. Das stimmt so gar nicht! Auf der Hotel Homepage wird es als All inclusive light beschrieben. In Wahrheit ist es Vollpension plus. Alles ist auf Kleinkinder ausgelegt - Essenszeiten sind sehr kurz. Frühstück bis 10 Uhr. mittag 12:30 bis 14 Uhr. Abend 19-21 Uhr. Nur hier gibt es leichte Getränke. Kaffee nur zum Frühstück. Im Speisesaal wenig Platz, vor allem für so kurze Essenszeiten. Durch fehlende Organisation des Hotels viel zu wenig Parkplätze vor dem Hotel - und wahrscheinlich großteils durch Tagesgäste verparkt. Der Schranken steht die meiste Zeit offen. Da kann jeder raus und rein fahren. Es gibt eine E-Ladestation aber die ist fast durchgehend durch Parkplatzsuchende Verbrennerautos verparkt. Generell hat man in dem Hotel das Gefühl dass es viel zu wenig Personal in allen Bereichen gibt.

Personnel accueillant et courtois.Chambre correcte mais matelas trop mous et couverture trop petite pour deux personnes . Impossibilité de modifier la température de la chambre car il semblait que l’établissement était toujours en mode hivernal et que le système ne permettait pas d’ajuster la température de façon iindividuelle.Il a fallu laisser la porte arrière entrouverte .

Insgesamt unter den Erwartungen: alte Zimmereinrichtung, Essen war wie in einer Kantine (sehr laut, kaum Abwechslung, kaum Gesundes), Poolliegen reserviert, Liegen am Strand kosten 20€ pro Tag (!), Parkplatz 3€ pro Tag (!), Massage direkt neben der Strandbar mit lauter Musik vom Fitnessprogramm. Personal recht unfreundlich!

Hieno hotelli Aminess Grand Azur Hotel

Siisti ja hyvä hotelli, saimme huoneen merinäköalalla, vaikka emme olleet sitä varanneet. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala oikein hyvä ja lounas sekä illallinen monipuolinen. Ravintola ja terassit avarat. Uima-allasalue siisti, paljon aurinkotuoleja. Itse allas pienehkö, mutta ei haittaa mitään, koska tosi lyhyt matka uimaan mereen. Uimakenkiä kannattaa käyttää pikkukivien vuoksi. Kätevä ranneke, joka toimi myös huoneen avaimena.

Personnel au petit soin vraiment au top. Réception, barman ( Mario au top 👌 ) pour les repas, vraiment impeccable. Cet hôtel mérite un peu plus d’équipement au vu de sa localisation ( un peu loin des centres d’intérêt à visiter ) par exemple, piscine chauffée, ou intérieur, une salle de fitness un peu mieux fournie et entretenu ( machine cassée ), un panel de massage un peu plus élaborée, pourquoi pas un spa, un panel TV plus complet dans la chambre. Après ce n’est plus le même budget mais ça serai top. Quoi qu’il en soit , super séjour, j’y retournerai avec plaisir grâce à la bienveillance du personnel. Bravo à vous !

Typisches Strandhotel in wunderschöner Lage. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer mit Balkon und konnten die geniale Aussicht genießen. Toller Spaziergang nach Oribic am Meer entlang. Essen war von der Atmosphäre und der Qualität Kantinenmässig, sodass wir die wunderbaren Kanobas der Umgebung genossen haben. Frühstück war gut.

Extra ljubazno i usluzno osoblje, odlicna lokacija hotela u borovoj sumi tik uz more..10 minuta hoda od centra mjesta. cisto i uredno. Veliki izbor hrane spremljene u mediteranskom stilu.Prilikom dolaska dobili smo upgrade nase sobe i dobili sobu s pogledom na more !!Svakako dolazimo opet prvom prilikom.
