It was an absolute pleasure and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive—every interaction felt genuine and personalized.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort imaginable. I loved the little touches like the premium toiletries which made the experience feel like a wellness retreat.

Very simply and yet tastefully appointed boutique hotel. Even the smallest details are obviously the result of the owner's considered thinking...

I enjoyed a short stay at this hotel with great service! Rooms are very clean and cozy. Breakfast is very good offering a good variety. We had dinner at the restaurant as well and meal was very good, big portion. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms were great and clean. Unfortunately the room was very hot during the night and I had to open the windows because there was no air condition.
Breakfast was enough and great!

The location is great, except that in 2022 the entire plaza near the hotel is under renovation. Fortunately, windows are well sound-proofed. Excellent comfortable rooms, very clean, friendly staff in all areas, copious buffet breakfast (reasonably priced), small, nice bar with good hours for enjoyment, good restaurants near by, all tourist attractions nearby and shopping, too. This is our 3rd NH hotel and we think it’s a very good brand—value for money.

The location, staff friendliness, and service level were fantastic, only surpassed by the quality of the food. It was an extremely pleasant stay, and I can recommend this hotel very highly.

I absolutely love staying here! The location is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are also two restaurants to choose from, making it a truly great place to stay. Teplice is the city, and Hotel Monopol is the place to be!

Always amazing and never disappoints.
2 families, 3 rooms & dog.
The location is the best in a quiet part of Karlovy Vary yet close to everything. The staff is professional. We came at the beginning of the season so it was still pretty mellow and definitely not at full capacity. Utilizing the pool & spa and having 4 massages booked. 3 great 1 just ok ( apparently the therapist left the room 3x during the 90 minute massage) not sure why . Also I was going to bring my friends to the Becher’s Bar...
