「Super nice b&b! Lana and Alex are super helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure meeting them. Everything from first greeting to breakfast was really nice and felt like home. The place is also very well maintained and renovated. Would really recommend for tourists to Caddo Lake」

「The facility has been completely renovated beautifully done. All new and so very clean. Excellent bed and bedding. They accept pets, which is a big plus. Staff was excellent. The only drawback for me was there was no pool, it had been filled in. Nice alternative if you’re not into the B&B scene there.」

「The staff were helpful and friendly. The decor was fun and inviting and the lobby was actually a place you wouldn't mind hanging out in, in fact quite a few people were. The breakfast options were great and the setup was clean. The biggest downsides I had during my stay is no one came by to clean my room in my 5 night stay. And when I checked the bed to be sure it was clean, the platform that the mattress sat on had a bunch of dust and hairs on it which made the bed feel dirty. Who wants to...

「The front desk is pretty good and friendly! She spend a lot of time to let us know the history of the city and recommended which food is good or not. It is safe to walk around in the night. There is no people around the hotel and pretty close to the gas station, only spend 4 mins if you drive. 」

They were very helpful giving advices for things to do, places to see and where to eat and special thank you for Jean for helping out with my proposal. It became moment to remember forever. 「The property condition was okay, except when the remodeling was finished, the top of the refrigerator was about 1/4 thick with dust and dirt. Also, no toilet paper was present in the restroom. The check-in staff was good However they were not very accommodating when we requested additional towels.」
