The hotel was great. You don't usually expect to find this kind of quality in small towns. The room amenities were like that of a posh resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. Public transportation is just ouside the hotel's front door and when needed the front desk can call a cab for you in under 5 minutes. Most members of the staff speak English and the fact that the hotel isn't in the center of Pamplona is actually a benefit during the San Fermín festival.

Exceeded all my expectations! The Hotel has a charm like no others i have stayed in while touring around Spain. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and well maintained.

The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. The experience overall was incredible, Pamplona is a very nice...

We loved our stay at the hotel. It was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will for sure stay here again.

CLEAN ROOM

Hotel bonito, cómodo, bien ubicado. Buen servicio y el staff amable

RUNNING OF THE BULLS! This hotel is 200' walking from the town centre where the Opening Ceremony occurs, Bulls run through, and all the action is! FANTASTIC LOCATION! VERY expensive for those days but worth it if you are going for the occasion - so convenient to walk back and forth to enjoy it all w/o having to take transportation. Parking available.

It was perfect hotel for my and my family ❤️🌱🙏

It was super clean and a great change from the other european hotels we stayed it. The staff was probably the best hotel staff I have ever had! Very nice, exremely helpfull and knowledgable about the area. Will def be back

Wonderful hotel! Enjoyed my stay during the fiesta.

Luis Enrique was very kind and helpful with all the questions we had. The room was modern, ample and cean. The bed was comfy.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was excellent. Staff was very nice and helpful. Wide variety of items for breakfast. Great deal!

We liked this hotel very much! Especially for the San Fermin festivities. There was a free shuttle that operated all day long so that helped save on cost. The front desk and restaurant staff was very helpful. The room was tidy. And it was a quick turn around time for the laundry service. We were able to see the fireworks from our hotel room so that was an additional plus to our stay. We will stay here again if ever in the city.

Everything was exceptional! Location, place, cleanliness, price, food, staff, amenities, thank you!! I will come back!!

Hotel nuevo, habitaciones muy confortables, baño en excelentes condiciones, muy buena ubicación.
