「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」

「Arrived at 3:40, wanting to check in. Agent told me I couldn't check in until 4. I had a mtg. at 5 so had a tight schedule. Wanted to go swimming for 30-45 minutes, but since agent wouldn't let me in I changed clothes to get ready for my mtg. and wasn't able to go swimming. Check out time is 11:00 and I had to hit the road early, so wasn't able to use the amenities. Having such a late check-in with no flexibility is bad customer service. Breakfast was pretty bad.
