Our Housekeeping/Pest Control are looking into this. Our serviced apartments do not provide breakfast and housekeeping services on Sundays and Public Holidays. While I wish you had a better experience in our serviced suites, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We appreciate that you like our location and apologise that your rooms were not cleaned properly. And thank you too for highlighting the website did not indicate no smoking inside the apartments. Our continental buffet breakfast with local dishes and made to order selections comprise also the cold selection like cheeses, cold cuts, juices, milks, cereals, all types of eggs and ala carte selections including salmon and bagel, eggs benedict, oatmeal, waffles all cooked to order. Our hot dishes varieties changes on a daily basis too. With only 126 apartments, there are also other facilities available besides our lap swimming pool, like our Gymnasium, Hydrotherapeutic Spa, Living Room, Pacific Lounge for our residents usage.
