The room was clean. A few things that could be improved are as follows:
Comforter in master bedroom appeared to not be washed as there were multiple stains;
Ice maker stopped making ice two days prior to departure.
No cushions for chaise lounge chairs on deck;
Mop with no mop head to wash floor; and
No dish towels or pot holders
When you are spending the amount of money ($$$$) for the unit for a week, I don't think its unreasonable to have these simple amenities included in the unit. Asking guests to purchase or pack said items seems excessive.
Casiola was very quick to respond to texts when I had questions.
