「Breakfast was ok. 」

「The toilet overflowed on the fourth floor and not only flooded the 3rd floor but also my room on the 2nd. As I’m using a trash can to catch the water I’m unknowingly exposed and touched the sewer water! The flooding from the light fixtures was so bad it woke me up at 2am and I had to get the front desk help to switch my room. Very unrestful sleep and very upset how everything was handled. No offer of a refund, no next stay’s on us options, nothing. 」

「Disappointing! Usually stay at Hiltons when away. Our preferred Hilton was full. Since I had never stayed at a Tru by Hilton, I decided to give them a try. First off, my wife discovered that the sink was leaking. I had to place the shade back in its track to block the light. The breakfast was also lacking and disappointing. Extremely disappointed in Hilton for having such a poor hotel. Will never stay at another Tru.」
