"The kitchen was was good but stuff comes with it but thats ok had a great time"

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay and feel the listing is completely misleading. The room had a strong, musty odor, and the air conditioner was a wall unit that barely worked—it only seemed to cool the bathroom, leaving the rest of the room uncomfortable. The beds were clearly very old; every movement caused them to sink and make loud creaking noises, making it difficult to get any rest. To make matters worse, my daughter’s pajamas went missing during our stay, which we strongly believe were taken by housekeeping. The property itself was just as concerning. The parking lot was overcrowded with nowhere near enough spaces, forcing unnecessary stress after long days. The carpets and walls were stained throughout, and the overall condition was far from clean—there were even multiple spiders in the room. The photos online are completely inaccurate and do not reflect the reality of the property. We paid far too much for such outdated, poorly maintained, and frankly unacceptable conditions. We will not be returning, even for the convenience of being near the park."

"When calling to get info on getting room cleaned, I received different info. Staff was annoyed because they were busy, had to get my room refreshed myself since they didn’t after advising they would. Over all the place is nice but I wouldn’t stay again "

"The staff was excellent, they where at best, I booked this hotel because it look beautiful on the outside, but the rooms were not so great. My tv was not functioning, the ac made a weird dripping noise, there was no microwave, the ice machine broke, but everything was good at the lobby, the restaurant food was great, the shuttle to Disneyland was great as well, the staff was so great! But the buses where old, I believe staff did it’s best on what they got! That’s why I gave a overall score of 3 stars.. thank you. "

"The beds are comfortable. The AC works beautifully. The breakfast is the best we found at most of the hotels that offer a breakfast. The staff is always super kind and friendly. This is our go to every time we come down to the Anaheim Disneyland resort area. Five minutes from Disneyland easy on and off the freeway. Super easy on and off the freeway we don’t stay anywhere else."
