The staff member who assisted me went far beyond standard customer service—she was incredibly helpful, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was taken care of. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity and made the entire stay much smoother. Absolutely awesome service. The property itself was also wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Breakfast was decent—good enough to start the day, but nothing particularly memorable or out of the ordinary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding customer service."
