「Breakfast had plenty of choice and was warm and fresh. Rooms, clean and made up every day. Bar, staff needed training or a little help with certain drinks, especially when paying a little more for and Aperol Sprtiz and Margaritas but no big deal. 」

「L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Saint Paul et à 2 minutes de la mer. La piscine sur le toit face a la mer est vraiment un plus. Pour ce qui est de la chambre d’hôtel, nous avions réservé la « internal shaft room », la moins chère, mais qui n’a cependant aucune fenêtre sur l’extérieur et seulement ayant vue directe sur les couloirs de l’hôtel. Donc afin d’avoir un minimum d’intimité, il fallait constamment fermer le rideau et ne laisser allumer que la lumière du plafond sans lumière...

「This hotel has one of the best locations on the Island. On arrival it was a speedy check in and access to room. The staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean with usual tea making facilities and filtered water machines available in corridor. Bathroom is disappointing, no shelves for towels or toiletries. The shower facility is inefficient. The large overhead shower is not practical for having a decent shower. Too high up so cannot be adjusted, needed descaling so was squirting water...

「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. 「Was asked on arrival to block €200 on my credit card for any ‘extras’. I pointed out that there was no mention of this on my booking and in fact it clearly stated that any ‘extras’ would be invoiced at check out. The check in staff member, showed me that it stated this on another well known booking platform. I pointed out that I didn’t book using this platform, so his point was irrelevant.
