「I was very happy to have a small room with a single bed, near the front desk, very convenient and comfortable for my short stay; everything I needed, including an ironing board and an iron was in the room, the bathroom was very clean and efficient. 「Was in town for a weekend event at the University of Rochester. This property was apx 15 minutes away in a great safe location. The area is quiet and the rooms were extremely clean. I stayed in a king size bedroom and it was perfect for the weekend. I would definitely stay here next time I am in town.」

「My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!」
