Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with questions we had about visiting the city and nearby tourist attractions. The supply of fresh water and snacks in the reception was also great

The Swiss health authorities should close it down. Novotel should get its name off the property
The airport opens around 5am and the planes start landing. They fly directly over the hotel and they are loud.....so beware of that.
there was no ice bucket in our room
Hotel maintenance was bad for the money paid. Water didn’t drain properly from the tub or sink. We had to pay money for the hotel shuttle to take us back to the airport. Disappointing for such an expensive place.
The place is nice, however there is nothing in the area (just the airport)
