「The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. However, this is unfortunately not a very family-friendly hotel. Children are not allowed to use the indoor pool, and although there is an outdoor pool with loungers, you have to pass through the spa area to access it, which also restricts children from entering. 「I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.」

「Tolles modernes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten, es riecht gut. Wellnessbereich ist schön, groß. Man muss allerdings zu den Zimmern ein paar Treppen gehen was natürlich störend mit Koffern ist. Und ein paar mehr Haken im Zimmer und Bad wären hilfreich. 」

「The hotel is located at a quiet area about 25-minutes walk distance from the bus station and center with beautiful sea view. The room and bedding are comfortable but the bathroom is very dark. The spa center is small. The breakfast coffee is good but the food is not very tasty. The receptionists are not enthusiastic.」

Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit die einzigen Gäste. Wenn mehr Gäste da sind, kann es etwas hellhörig sein. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin wohnt oben drüber in einer Wohnung und ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Sie sorgt stets für Ordnung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!」
