「Clean rooms, excellent service and delicious breakfast」

「Da vi tjekkede ind på hotellet, fik vi et værelse på samme etage som parkeringsgaragen – altså nederst i bygningen. Værelset var meget mørkt, og vi bad derfor om at få det skiftet. Personalet oplyste, at de ikke kunne flytte os, fordi de ikke kunne foretage ændringen i bookingsystemet, selvom vi online kunne se, at der var ledige værelser. Dagen efter kunne vi godt få et andet værelse, men kun mod en merbetaling, og vi skulle først tjekke ud og vente omkring fire timer, før det nye værelse ville...

「I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.」

「Tolles modernes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten, es riecht gut. Wellnessbereich ist schön, groß. Man muss allerdings zu den Zimmern ein paar Treppen gehen was natürlich störend mit Koffern ist. Und ein paar mehr Haken im Zimmer und Bad wären hilfreich. 」

「Schönes, in die Jahre gekommenes, renoviertes Hotel im Kaiserstil, inmitten von Opatija. Das gleiche trifft auch auf die Zimmer und der Ausstattung zu. Die Zimmer werden sauber gehalten und ein freundliches Personal erwartet dich. Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr gutes Haus Restaurant machen einen Urlaub in dieser 3-Sterne Kategorie auf alle Fälle buchenswert. Es gibt betonierte Badeabschitte mit Ermäßigung für Sonnenschirme und Liegen vom Hotel und eine Ermäßigung für die Dauer der Park Zeit...

「The hotel is located at a quiet area about 25-minutes walk distance from the bus station and center with beautiful sea view. The room and bedding are comfortable but the bathroom is very dark. The spa center is small. The breakfast coffee is good but the food is not very tasty. The receptionists are not enthusiastic.」

「Large unit with kitchen with sea view. Coffee maker in unit (yeah) big balcony shared with neighboring renters. Sleeps 5 easily. Had to have owner on phone while finding driveway to unit GPS not accurate. Owner terrifically helpful and kind. 」
