"No. The airport shuttles run every hour to an hour and a half. So you have to wait at the airport. Upon arrival the lobby is dark and lights are dim. The building wreaks of a foul odor. The room was dirty . The bed, the carpet, the bathroom, all dirty. Tub had mildew around it or mold. Cigarette ashes in the floor of a non smoking room. Hallways were dirty. Ceiling towels dirty and missing. The area was not safe. The population that was in the building was very sketchy. The name df the hotel does not fit. More like poor quality hotel. I could not sit in the building let alone sleep or stay. "

"Room was very clean, staff was very accommodating! Didn’t really like the parking situation- there was an event happening upon my arrival which left me parking all the way down the street which was kind of annoying. But overall my stay was great! "

"This is my favorite place to stay in the city. I always get top tier service from the staff. Tamika always makes sure I have a smooth check-in and alway very welcoming for a perfect stay. Joe always on point with pick up and just making the property upbeat and positive. All the other staff always have been great , there is also a GM or management making the property is in tip top condition and asks how is everyone’s stay(genuinely meaning it) I appreciate them all. "The faucet in our room (hot water) was loose so I have to hold it by the base to turn on/off, no microwave in room & the ice machine on my floor (3rd) was out of order. Completely an inconvenience! "

"When I entered the room, I noted the following damages and provided feedback to staff. - Damaged leather on the bed headboards and chairs - Damage to the door - Issues with the bathroom caulking They mentioned they noted into account, when checking out I mentioned again and nothing was on account. Ensure you check the room for damages. "

"Everything was beautiful; there was two hiccups 2/3 elevators lost service and the microwave as requested wasn’t in room. Eventually the elevators came back up and the microwave was delivered to the room. Karen sweet lady met us while we were checking in, she was so personal engaged in conversation. Although the conversation was brief it was nice to see someone enjoying their job."
