「This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️」

「Not value for money not clean and not displain」

「A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. 」

I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars. Room service was extremely slow. I had to call multiple times for assistance and faced this issue on more than five occasions. 「Clean room with clean bed, sheets and towels. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff. Convenient location near restaurants.」

「Decent rooms and good food.」

「Unclean property, dirty toilets, noisy rooms, please do not stay here at all. it's nothing like it shows on the photos.」

「The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp.」

「The one that attracted me is their cleanliness and friendly staff. The customer service is excellent. The vicinity is beautiful and easily accessible from city. Must stay. Decent price. They have dine in restaurant also.」
