「I have stayed at this property many times and have had great experiences in the past, but I have never had any problems. This time I had a big problem and the staff was incompetent and willingly inept. I was staying in a room that had a walk-in shower and every time you took a shower it flooded. 「The place is charming with high ceilings and big windows, and we even had a fireplace in the room. I am not sure if it works or if we were allowed to use it. it was summer anyway. However, there was no microwave in the room or the hotel as a whole, and there was no ice machine, the kind of things that you would need at a hotel. The hotel had a parking lot in the back, which is a great amenity when the hotel is in a kind of a busy area (not to say that anywhere in Clinton, MI is busy!)...
