"Great hotel, very clean, good location. Our issue was just with the AC - there is no AC in the room and we visited the hotel during one of the hottest weeks in Europe."

"The rooms were very spacious, especially if you had a lake view. Would’ve liked to spend more time on the balcony, unfortunately, the area was suffering a pretty brutal The only time we ate on the premises was in the bar. Had an absolutely wonderful club sandwich. Would recommend highly. Lastly, we really enjoyed the pool area. We were able to enjoy drinks and food as well."

"Really good stay! I felt some of the staff weren’t very accommodating as I had just come from Swiss diamond and had a slightly elevated experience. One negative I will give this is this place gatekeeps water worse than I’ve seen for a 5 star hotel across Europe. For a 2 day stay I spent $211 on just water… and yes you can drink the tap water but I shouldn’t be expected to fill from the bathroom sink the entire time. The restaurant staff weren’t wonderful and they’re the main reason I kept this at a 4. I think if you bring a case of waters to the hotel it probably will be wonderful but paying $10 every time I was thirsty stung a bit."
