「We didn't have breakfast at the hotel」

「Ok」

「The food was good and the restaurant was super polite, but the concierge was rude. After our luggage didn’t fit into the luggage locker, we asked what to do, the lady just said then u can’t storage it until we pointed out that there was a trolley for storage. Then she didn’t want to help but she end up helping kinda rudely」

「We lived in the hotel for 2 days , it was easy to find and the staffs are very nice and friendly! The room is very clean and comfortable. When I checked out, I ask for help to the staff that helped me to call the Aasofarmland to cancel the booking due to the earthquake. They help me and told me via the message here. I was so grateful for them! If I go to Ureshino Hot Springs again，I will choose the Oomuraya Ryokan for sure!」

「The room is big and the bath room is clean. You live in a seperate house from others. You can park your car next to the house you live. Only it takes some time to make the room warm. In winter the bathing room is super cold. In general, the room is worth the price.」

「👍 Parking lot in front of hotel room」
