「I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation.
