"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. "I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. "El tfno proporcionado y con el que piden que te pongas en contacto 24 hs antes no coge nadie...fuimos al Hotel que vimos se llamaba igual a preguntar puesto que no hay recepción en el edificio. y por casualidad acertamos pero si no la verdad es que no responden al tfno y es un problema importante. El aparcamiento no está controlado y no encontramos lugar para nuestro coche. Por lo demás y una vez que conozco el procedimiento volvería"

"Very convenient for arrival by bus from Biarritz airport. Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and everything you need is provided for a self-catered stay. The studio apartment we booked for 4 people comprised a sofa bed and bunk beds but we hadn’t anticipated a sofa bed! It was ok, just not super comfy for sleeping on for 5 nights. Air conditioning was a real blessing! Overall great value for money!"
