"Easy to get in touch with the host by phone. They are not present, so they do not get insight into what's happening at the site. I called in to complain that the hallway outside my room was a building site as they were changing wiring and drilling in walls and I could barely talk over the phone over the insane noise. This was news to the host, they did not know about the work being done and could not answer when it would be done. Apart from that the app did not work to open the door, but I got help to print out a digital key on the reception machine. This also did not work at first, but easy to reach the host and let her fix and help from remote. A bit risky for me to stay there again as I travel for work and need peace and quiet during the day also, not just evening."
