The AC barely worked and the breakfast ran out before 9AM and the selection was not good.

room was filthy smelled like smoke and urine. the bathroom had dirty hand towels under the sink and the bedding had yellow stains on them. when I looked under the mattress io found not one but over 30 bed bugs. the staff said they would give me a full refund but now two weeks have gone by, and they are refusing to give me a refund. I never even stayed in the room. it was booked for two days, and I stayed 15 min before I was absolutely discussed. if you can find a homeless person's tent on the side of the road to stay at it would be a better accommodation then this property. absolutely avoid at all costs.

The room was fairly clean. Seemed to be missing basics like cups, water, etc. It was noisy and the pipes kept making noises. Also outside was a lot of noise that the hotel did not control The breakfast was not great and very limited in choices.

Booked the room then read the reviews, and got nervous. Our experience was good. Clean place. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up at the desk. Got checked in and went to the room to find that the a/c was not working. Went and reported it and the maintenance man was there in under 2 minutes. He fixed it but it took forever to cool the room. Beds were ok, shower was good. Breakfast was quite lacking. Eggs that are cooked right there on the counter and the gravy was straight out the can, not warm.

Waited at the front desk for 20 minutes before a housekeeper went to get the manager to check us in. Got in the room and AC was broke. Asked to switch rooms- manager said “unbelievable.” Rust in the showers. Will never go back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Very unclean. Our shower was so dirty. The room itself felt disgusting. The hotel stunk all throughout. I would’ve rather stayed in the trunk of my SUV :(

The staff really tried to accomodate us, but the first room had broken ac, the second had a broken tv. Both smelled and were dirty. I appreciated the staff, but we left and didnt stay. I wasnt able to get a refund because we reserved online.

Smoke alarms disconnected in room. Bedding yellowed/stained. Pillows mismatched and yellowed. Carpet dirty/burned. Elevator dirty. Toilet paper and towel racks broken. Trash in hallways. Trash around building. Smelly hallways. Didn’t get the room we had requested. Lamp shade missing. Over all, terrible. Left hotel after one night. Found other accommodations.

It was nasty...smelled...bed was uncomfortable... had two towels total pillows were skimpy and charged if we wanted extra towels and pillows, no soap,shampoo or conditioner in shower. Place smelled like smoke and/ or musty/mildew. Worst stay just made a person feel nasty.

When I checked into the hotel, it seemed real musty. I didn’t receive the proper receipt and I was charged an extra $50. I don’t know if it was a deposit or not but I have a service animal. I don’t have a pet and I have documentation to verify that I will stay elsewhere. This place is a dive.

they would not accept my Expedia reservation they did not have any double rooms then tried to charge me DOUBLE for my two day reservation. first room the door did not lock second room the faucet was reversed right was hot and left was cold. NO chairs in the room AC unit rattled Awful place

Our reservation was for two queen beds, there were none of those rooms available. The lobby was dirty and the area in the vicinity was very sketchy. Expedia granted a refund after the hotel would not take their call.
