"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. It was a close (3-5 minute walk to the chi health arena, with lots of options for food and entertainment. My only complaint is that the noise from the road below is quite loud. If we were to stay here again, I would ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Other than that, everything was great."

"The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable too. Front desk staff were friendly. The pool was clean The hotel offered an airport shuttle which was very welcome and useful. It's one of the reasons I booked my stay here. The hot tub was kind of dirty and the water was not hot. The jets worked fine. The public bathrooms in the hallway down stairs needed attention. there was no soap in mens restroom and toilet needed cleaning. In the women's bathroom the toilet would not flush as the handle was not working. I reported the bathroom issues to the front desk. The soap issue was taken care of immediately during my stay. The toilet did get fixed but after I had checked out. And I was told that they were working on issue with the hot tub and were looking to hire more staff so that there would be better upkeep."
