"Loved the modern look and up-to-date Window rolling protective blinds. Very secure building. Only recommendation is a new sofa. Very uncomfortable to sit on. And provide Kleenex in the bathroom and maybe a broom since the cleaning staff does not sweep the floor when come to service room. Floors got really dirty and didn’t want to take shoes off until bed. "

I clearly said payment would be made on site, but my private card was still used. At check-in, staff initially refused to take payment on site, and I was later told I would need to wait 15 working days for the refund, which was never mentioned before.
