9/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
The room was adequately clean, comfortable linens, balanced and good quality breakfast. We had breakfast at the courtyard and it was the perfect start of the day. Very nice and helpful staff. The NICEST staff! Proud and happy to do their job.
Unfortunately, for departure time, we did not know that the bellman was not going to be on duty and it was too late to reserve that particular service. The hotel staff called other hotels but it was too late. Fortunately we managed with the help of the transfer.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
Hotel was centrally located. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good but I wish they started it earlier than 7:00am. Couple days we missed breakfast because we had tours planned. We were also supposed to have gotten a bottle of wine with each room booked but didn’t get that either. Otherwise the hotel was nice.
