Vieil hôtel en bois mais bien conservé et bien entretenu. Une très bonne écoute du personnel. Très bon accueil. Repas du soir copieux et peu onéreux.
J'y reviendrais très certainement.
Les gens du coin viennent s'y retrouver et cela reste très agréable.

Pas de r éservation effectuée par Hotels.com
L'hôtel n'était pas au courant de notre réservation ! Après xx discussions, ils ont trouvé une chambre mais pas du tout celle indiquée lors de notre réservation.
Problème entre l'Hôtel et la centrale de réservation d'Hotels.com : pas de contrat donc nous n'étions pas attendus.
Angoisse car nous avions payés directement à Hotel.com et non à l'Hôtel Le Bristol d'Oloron Sainte Marie. Comment allions nous régler notre chambre ? Ils nous ont demandés notre bulletin d'inscription pour se faire rembourser. Donc à suivre.
Merci au Patron de l'Hôtel qui nous a quand même accueilli sans que nous ayons à repayer la chambre.
Bravo à toute l'équipe de l'Hôtel pour leur magnifique dîner et leur petit-déjeuner.
