"What a gem of a find, we stayed for one night whilst travelling from England to Spain. We was warmly greeted on arrival and went straight into the pool after a very long day. "It’s located in a wonderful place right in the middle of town. There was briefly a bad smell in the room when we checked in, but it dissipated after a while. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"A brilliant location in the shadow of the ramparts with an indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Breakfast isn't cheap, but it is value for money. A very short walk to the Narbonne Gate leading into the main streets of the citadel. My room was bright and funky, a short walk from the main building, with access to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. There is also a peaceful, covered sitting area near the pool. 24 hour reception, with 24 hour available for drinks and snacks. There is a small but lovely spa area, with a pool and various treatments for couples and individuals. All the staff was charming and helpful. I didn't want to leave."

"The perfect hotel for a quick stop in Carcassonne. Very convenient location across the bridge from the village walls. The staff was very helpful and kind from the moment we arrived until we checked-out. Handy with the private parking around the corner of the hotel, but remember to reserve a spot in advance as it is small. We booked the panoramic suite which was large, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a pool and restaurant on site, but we did not use these during our stay. The garden area outside is also beautiful and well kept. We would absolutely come back to this property upon our next visit to Carcassonne."
