Hotel has been renovated and is very nice, area is a great location as well with the exception of the whole strip being farther away from the city in a more run-down area as a whole. Perfect if you just want to escape and be in a quieter hotel to relax!

Nice, well-maintained property by the water in Subic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Khanna, the owner, is a hands-on type of manager who can be seen in the property doing various work and chores and always greeting guests with a friendly smile.

Old but Traditional, Conceptual. The big disadvantage is that the bathroom is too old. But the other part is reasonable for the price. Especially, Oceanview room was great.

We were accommodated by the front desk staff immediately but I just hope that the staff at the restaurant will be mored focus on his job. Some of our orders were served late. Perhaps, because there was an event at the time. But overall the hotel experienced was ok.

The bathrooms are in disrepair. The bathtub/shower was so high that they provided a plastic step stool to get in and out, very unsafe no grab bars to hold onto. Our door lock was also jammed and my husband was trapped inside. . Need more help.

Great service but need restroom renovation,noisy air condition,old mattress bed and less pillow. I end up complaining about their old and look dirty towels and with holes, but after few days they change it with brand new one, probably nobody complain about it, good thing I did. But they start doing the renovation outside the building, but for me, they should renovate the restroom first and change the air condition with split type with less noise. Hope they do change everything that I mentioned because I like their place and the price was not bad.
