Reasonable location.

Bed was absolutely terrible you could feel every spring, the towels I would use for wiping down the dog. The air con was like a helicopter in the room. Booked in for 2 nights left after 1,if I had a car I would not of stayed the night.

Terrible, terrible place. If there were a zero-star option, this place would deserve it. I only booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the race venue. Aside from being very old and run-down, they set up a live band that played past midnight. When I complained about the noise, they promised to keep it down, but that didn’t happen. The music could be heard up to 300 meters away from the hotel — even more so inside the rooms. I had to book a different hotel despite already paying for two nights here. I hate this place so much. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate and treat their guests like that. It’s very disrespectful and shows zero hospitality. Definitely no relaxation here.

We were denied accommodation because the staff handling reception and on duty said there is no confirmed reservation under my name for itinerary 147180042092. In addition that the place is fully booked already due to CBCP convention in the area even before they check my reservation slip. The staff also claimed that they have cancelled membership from Expedia / Hotels.com. Please investigate, I paid the reserved room at Herbies Mansion but never used it. We showed up at the hotel and informed by the staff that there is no online reservation for us resulting to looking for an alternative accommodation. I am requesting for a refund of the payment of the supposed reserved accommodation that never enjoyed. This is a charged back transaction, please facilitate refund. This is a bad experience for us. Thank you.
