「Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. 「You don’t come here for a 5 star hotel experience- you will stay in a manyatta - a small free-standing hut in the midst of a garden. some beetles will share tge room with you, don’t worry, it’s nature. a simple bed, one old but clean towel, a bed with sheet, ask for a second towel, make sure that there are moskito nets. the five star experience was opening the door in the morning and looking at mt kilimancharo in the morning sun. they serve a simple breakfast and dinner for some extra shilling,...
