"Property and rooms can use updating. Elevator was sketchy with no lighting, bed was very worn and AC unit made very annoying sounds. "

"First of all we asked for a room on 1st floor upon arrival because my husband has verdrigo and they gave us a suite. We didnt need a suite so we had to pay an extra $40. We get our room and shower curtain was down and rod was broken. They put the curtain on rod but the curtain would slide making it difficult when we showered. They said they would come and fix it but they didnt so I had to call them the next day. The beds were super hard and we woke up with back pain. When my husband asked to speak to someone on Friday evening because our room was not cleaned the young girl at the front desk stated the room was cleaned only on request. We were never told that on the booking site or when we checked in. My husband asked this young girl questions but she had no answers to our questions and stated that the person to help him would return on Monday. There was no conditioner in the shower. When we asked for towels, they were not like the towels in the room, they were very faded and blue and ragged. They lookwd like they had cleaned with them. Waiting until Monday would not be of help if we were leaving Saturday. We will return to Fairfield Inn where the rooms ate clean, the towels are soft, the shower curtain is working and for a cheaper price. "

"The location is good. I stayed there 4 days and housekeeping did not show up once. When I checked in, both sheets and one towel had red makeup. I had to request toiletries to be replaced but towels and sheets were not changed. I get housekeeping isn't done as often as before but at least do it after the 3rd day of stay."

"When we checked in, Joe, the front desk clerk was kind enough to upgrade us at no additional charge. when we got to our room, We had issues with our sleeper sofa being very uncomfortable. I went down and spoke to Gabriel, the night clerk, he was quick to change our room without any questions or hesitations. We will be staying there again in future trips."
