The hotel was really nice and the staff were wonderful, I was only disappointed in the fact that it wasn’t not clear when booking that the hotel charges a car park fee of 15 CCF.

Great hotel
Excellent service, clean rooms, abundant breakfast and great location. Close to some prep schools such as Beau Soleil and Aiglon College. Superb!

Great service and good quality on the rooms.
The room was not prepared when I arrived, but the people in the reception fixed that very quickly with an upgrade to another (and bigger) room. Overall a very nice place to stay. Also a fairly big parking on the site (extra cost per night). Great service from the staff!

Wonderful Stay at The Villars Lodge!
My stay was great! The kind lady at the reception desk was friendly, interested in my stay, and exceedingly helpful. The same kind lady was at the reception desk Saturday morning and was just as friendly and helpful as the night before. She seemed genuinely concerned about me because it was raining and I had no umbrella. She showed me the way to the bus station and told me where I could stand out of the rain until the bus arrived. The room was great. The staff, even better!

Great place to stay for easy access to the ski slopes. Minimal amenities as was expected. The beds were pleasantly roomy considering bunks and were very comfortable! The breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again

This property is simply outstanding. We had the two bedroom apartment for myself, my husband and our 2 children. The apartment was perfect. The kitchen was very useful when you are traveling with a family and don’t always want to eat out. The room itself was modern, clean and a really nice feel to it. The main lodge dining room/ hang out room is idyllic. It looks like something from a storybook about a perfect lodge in a Swiss village. The food is wonderful and the price was reasonable for Switzerland which tends to be an expensive country. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location also. Only a two minute walk to the center of Villars, a quick trip to the gondola, a local shop, restaurants and pharmacy. Also one of my children had a serious rapid illness and the hotel was able to get us a taxi in moments and there is a doctor office was 3 minutes away. This hotel deserves 5 stars in my opinion.

Lodge joliment rénové
Ce lodge est idéalement situé au centre de Villars, à quelques minutes à pied ou en navette du Roc ďOrsay ou du train pour les pistes. Chambres petites mais pratiques, bien isolées entre elles, mais absolument pas par rapport au couloir, où on entend tout, avec des murs en "carton". Service agréable, pas toujours rapide, port du masque pas toujours bien respecté. Bref, une bonne adresse.

Très beau lounge/restaurant. Très bien situé. Grand balcon, bien orienté Service: des jeunes hôtesses très sympathiques et appliquées mais visiblement il manque l'organisation/ formation par la direction et probablement une ambiance de travail qui permettrait de proposer un service qualitatif. Organisation petit-déj inefficace car probablement revue en raison du covid, pour le soir une carte des mets très limitée mais malheureusement pas pour proposer du frais mais plutôt des plats sans bcp de gout et qui font penser à du pré-préparé, absence totale de menu enfant, surprenant pour un hôtel familial.
