「Good stay, clean and large room. Hotel is a bit further from Milan centrale than expected (around 10-15 min walk on cobbled stone which was unpleasant). 」

「当日の予定が崩れ、少し早めに到着し荷物を預かって欲しいと伝えると臨機応変に対応してくれ、特別に早めのチェックインをさせてくれた。スタッフの方も優しく笑顔で対応してくれて感謝。部屋も清潔でまるでノヴァーラの我が家にいるようでした。目の前に駅までのバス、そしてスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。また訪れたいです。」

「The staff at this hotel is really nice and helpful. It’s only 7 minutes walk to the Duomo and surrounded by plentiful restaurants and stores, really convenient. 」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」
