「This is not a good hotel and it is definitely not a four star hotel. It is very run down though they are friendly. There was not hot water in the evening.」

Auf dem Zimmer fehlten ein Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee- und Teezubehör. Auch einfache Kosmetikartikel wie Wattestäbchen waren nicht vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, die Bettbezüge lösten sich ständig, und die Kissen waren hart wie Stein. Erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Besonders enttäuschend...

「We travel to Patras, from Nevada, USA, every year to head on the ferry to Kephalonia! This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in Greece! Staff phenomenal! So clean, friendly and helpful! Onsite parking, bellman for luggage and they will even park your car! The rooftop restaurant for breakfast was excellent and the rooftop turns into a bar restaurant at night and the food was superb! A must stay in Patras! Yamas for an excellent experience!」

「The reception staff were all very kind and helpful especially Yorgos whom we met when we arrived . The cleaner too went out of her way to make us feel as comfortable as possible . We had a lovely room with a sea view which was a wee bit noisy as it faced on to a busy boulevard but we slept well nevertheless . This hotel is ideally located for access to the port .」
