"Great room and location"

"Centrally located, friendly staff, exceilent breakfast buffet."

"I was there just for one night. It‘s a nice but old fashioned hotel. The rooms were clean, but in a stormy night it wasn’t quite easy to sleep as the room was noisy, probably due to the building itself. Calling prior to the trip the reception to evaluate where I could park, they were quite difficult to understand (no native German). Even a written request wasn’t answered. I only had luck to find a public parking place right in front of the hotel, within the free parking times. "

"The hotel was clean and in general good state. Breakfast buffet was amazing and good drinks from the Bar, although it was closing a bit early. The Spa area was limited, but the things that were there worked fine. There were some construction going on to improved the offers. Location of the hotel was remote, to long a walk to get to town."

"Buona colazione. Posizione a pochi km dal centro. Buon parcheggio. La stanza piccola per tre persone. Avevo prenotato e pagato una camera grande, ma non era disponibile (?). Il gestore si è offerto di dare cene e colazione e copertura della differenza di costo. "

"Old building at old town, but modernized rooms, really nice. Roomy, spacious, comfy. Sad to leave."

"The room was clean and looled inviting. They are not the most modern rooms but everything is in good shape. The hotel itself and the property is really nice. The Hafenbar right at the water is great. The restaurant offers views of the lake too. There's paths to go for a walk. We didn't use the spa for lack of time."

"Das Personal vor Ort war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt phantastisch und wir haben unseren auf Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Erfahrung mit Expedia hingegen... Abgebener Aufpreis für Haustiere stimmt nicht, nötige Informationen zum late check in wurden nicht an die Unterkunft weiter gegeben. Daraufhin wollte ich im Chat meine Email Adresse übermitteln, diese wurde unkenntlich gemacht (für mich in dem Moment nicht ersichtlich). Katastrophaler, bzw nicht vorhandener Service...
