「The facilities were really the only redeeming part of our stay. The pool and entry area are nice, but the apartments themselves are extremely dated and not well maintained. Everything felt uncomfortable and unclean. The hot water heater only lasted about three minutes, and the shower didn’t drain properly, leaving you standing in water. Overall, I was very dissatisfied and would not return. For the price, the apartments desperately need to be updated to match the quality of the facilities shown...

「This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach.」

「Sakin huzurlu bir yer, iyi ki gelmişiz dedik, kahvaltı da gayet tatmin edici, ayrıca alsak bile memnun kaldık. Ruhunu dinlendirmek için orman içinde birebir. İnce detaylar düşünülmüş ve küçük dokunuşlar insana iyi hissettiriyor.」

「For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service....

「Room was cleaned daily, towels were always changed and bed was tidied up. It was very sweet to place complimentary Turkish delight bars as well as coffee, water and bottle of Rosé wine. View was amazing, the room was quiet aside from some noisy neighbours on their own balcony. Staff was amazing! Gave me a homemade biscuit cake for my birthday as a surprise at breakfast! Loved the traditional bulgarian dishes alongside international ones. New Nessebar Citg is only a few minutes away, prices...
