「Hotel regentado por un matrimonio maravilloso. Tanto ellos como el resto del personal son súper agradables, simpáticos y atentos. La relación calidad-precio nos pareció espectacular. El desayuno se puede elegir entre varias opciones que te muestran a la llegada al hotel. Todo estaba riquísimo y, además, se disfruta en una terraza con unas vistas preciosas al mar. 「Nous savons parfaitement adapter nos attentes d’un hébergement selon la catégorie d’hotel: on prend donc bien compte du fait que c’est un 2 étoiles pour notre évaluation. L’accueil et la sympathie du personnel est indéniablement au top. Le parking inclus est bien pratique. En revanche, rien n’excuse que l’on n’obtienne pas la classe supérieure de chambre pour laquelle nous avons payé un supplément. Il a fallu que l’on réclame pour être déplacés chambre de basse catégorie à peine plus grande et...

「Very clean」

「For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service....

「Incredible views of the Black Sea. Comfortable room and staff couldn’t be more helpful.」

「This hotel charges too much money for what you get. Two of the receptionists we spoke with were pretty rude. The room was spacious but lucking in basic amenities like a kettle, tea and coffee, and drinking water (obviously no fridge). The doors were not fire doors and quite flimsy. One pillow each. Curtains didn't block out much light. Shower at the wrong time and you won't have any hot water. Breakfast was only okay.」

「Room was cleaned daily, towels were always changed and bed was tidied up. It was very sweet to place complimentary Turkish delight bars as well as coffee, water and bottle of Rosé wine. View was amazing, the room was quiet aside from some noisy neighbours on their own balcony. Staff was amazing! Gave me a homemade biscuit cake for my birthday as a surprise at breakfast! Loved the traditional bulgarian dishes alongside international ones. New Nessebar Citg is only a few minutes away, prices...
