「Excellent service and all the staff is very nice 」

「此酒店兩年前入住過，得到良好印象，因此這次再與全家及介紹友人入住。但到達酒店後遇一黃髮三四十歲女工作人員，態度非常不友好，告訴我們酒店原本的代客泊車服務不存在了，讓我們自行將車泊去遙遠的公眾停車場。我們正因此酒店有此服務所以我們一行才於四個月前預訂了三間房并當時付費的。而且在我們到達酒店才得知，事前沒有任何通知。我們堅決反對並據理力爭，經過反覆交涉才爭取回我們應有的泊車權利。酒店的其他員工態度很好，唯那黃髮前台服務員態度怪異失常令人不解。使酒店原本良好印象打了折扣。 wong hurk marn」

「I loved this property overall. It was very clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. However, there are a few things I think future guests should be aware of. I was there for a wedding and needed an iron or steamer to prepare my clothes. When I asked for one, I was told that because it was a guest house, they didn’t provide this service and that I could go a few stores down and buy one. 「The location was conveniently placed in the historical center and connected to various parts of the city. If you needed to venture outside the historical center for major activities, you would need to time public transportation correctly or have access to a car. I was unaware that the mini metro was down due to construction so I had to re-evaluate my travel a bit but my overall time in the city was great!」

「The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly 」

「Breakfast looks just like the pictures associated w/ the hotel. It's just an amazing sight. It's hard to choose your meal with this abundance of options. Additionally staff were helpful w/ bus tickets and information. "Old town" is quite a ways up the hill and worth every step. Pleasant gardens are also nearby.」
