"A great find and conviently located. The gentleman on reception was great throughout my stay, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was a good size with lots of old period furnishings. Large comfy bed and a fan heater provided. AC worked well too though being the cooler months use of fan heater was needed. Large bathroom with good hot water shower. Located within walking distance to the Palace entrance gate and plenty of resturants nearby. Would definately recomend and stay here...

"I had a decent stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well priced. Unfortunately, it’s right in the middle of old city and taxis can only drop off at a stop about 15 mins walking away. It’s up a small alley off an extremely busy road and there are rooftop parties with loud music nearby in the evenings. "The Kotra Haveli in Udaipur is in a fantastic location, very close to the Jagdish Temple and Lake Pichola. It provides a calm, clean, safe haven, in the heart of the tourist area and shopping side streets. The restaurant and roof top seating area has amazing views of the City Palace. Breakfast offers a variety of Continental or Indian styles. The Lunch and Dinner menu is great too. The Hotel Manager is very helpful, as is all the Hotel Staff. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Udaipur."
