"Liked the location. Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ..."
