"Staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. Room was clean and well kept with housekeeping. However, bathroom/shower stall needs new caulking since quite a bit of areas have embedded molds which, I understand, cannot be kept clean just by regular housekeeping cleaning."

"I was very lucky with the hotel as they gave me a free room upgrade. room was spacious overlooking the river, 15min walk to shatin metro station. staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked that they don't provide plastic water bottles but rather installed water filter so you can have as much water as you want. Bring your toothbrush thou. Thanks for the great stay "
