「Had a fantastic room 324 in the newer building.. Breakfast was delicious and service terrific..」

「Really nice property and very helpful staff. Area around the hotel is pretty, with lots of places to sit and watch the geese. Rooms are okay--be sure to get a "suite" or a double, as the single rooms are very small. Bathing facilities are pretty rudimentary--could use a shower seat or a bathtub. "Breakfast" is weak coffee and orange or apple juice.」

「The staff here is amazing along with the rooms and the property. This is a very nice and quiet place to stay with the family and they always seem to have some type of entertainment for the guests. Close to town and other points of interest. Only thing missing is a pool, but other than that this is a very nice place to stay. 」

「We stayed 5 days! Customer service was great ;) Housekeeping was great, the cafe in the morning was excellent! Lounge area if you wanted to go out in the evening they had Pool, Darts, & Karaoke If you didn't want to go to the Beach, they had a Pool/Gym Right near the Highway & Route 1 We had a wonderful Stay!!...Will definitely go back!!! Gave them 5 Stars ;)」

「I always enjoy stopping at the Saybrook Inn and Spa. The front desk gentleman were very nice and welcomed me back. We arrived almost at restaurant closing time and our server was accommodating and kind. The hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast wait staff were great. Look forward to our next visit.」

Loved sitting out on the patio and admiring the magnificence of the water and the grounds. The buildings were immaculate 24/7 and our room was pristine! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!」
