"Property was nice and quiet. The parking could be better but it was ok for the most part. Our room had a strong musty smell but it wasn’t unbearable. The halls and rooms seem to need a face lift but everything was functional and did the job during our stay. The pool was nice, and breakfast was good. ..."

Billed twice for the same stay.
"I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He ..."

"Had a family emergency and was booked for 4 days and had to leave after one night. The staff was great and worked with us on the price. Also arrived late the first night and the staff came back after hours to get us check in. They were very pleasing and willing to help."
