「Loud noises couldn't sleep the 50 dollar deposit taking too long to return stayed Saturday today id thursday and still no return」

「The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. I struggled to fall asleep which was frustrating due to an early flight the next day. In the morning, I noticed the shoveling patterns in the parking lot were random,...

「For the price, the room was extremely small! I used to travel with my job all the time and NEVER did I have a room that small! I will never use Expedia again! Information on the room was missing and the Price was outrageous.」

「It is a long spread out hotel. We were placed in the 2nd room from the last end building, on a very slow weeknight. So quite the walk to lobby. The room service Mac n cheese was microwavable kraft in soupy cheese water. The lobby food options were just OK. Service was great everywhere. The warm indoor pool area was our favorite part. We usually stay at Timber Ridge indoor water park, better layout and more kid-friendly. This was different and kids still enjoyed our stay. 」
